As you currently have no amp, and if you want to get a bit of practice soldering, have a look at the Chip Amp forum and build a gainclone amp, even Cambridge Soundworks Ensemble Manual I opened up the enclosure and found the rubber rings around the cones were falling apart, but the cones themselves seem to be moving okay. Why replace the drivers? It wasn't built for the musical dynamic power you are using.
